Foxcroft Academy is an independent high school founded on the principle that knowledge is power. Foxcroft Academy is committed to providing students from central Maine and beyond a rigorous college and career preparatory academic curriculum designed to produce informed and active global citizens.

Founded in 1792, Fryeburg Academy is one of the first schools built in Maine, and one of the first schools to accept women in the United States. Fryeburg is a classic New England village, nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains and home to Fryeburg Academy.  Fryeburg offers a close-knit community with endless outdoor activities in every season.

John Bapst is an independent, college-prep high school in Bangor, Maine. Known as one of the top schools in New England, John Bapst provides rigorous academics in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and helps students get into top colleges across the US and globally. Our student body is 90%  academically gifted students from central Maine and 10% international students who live in our student residence houses near the school. This is the perfect school for a student who wants to get involved in the student body, participate in extra-curriculars, and prepare for admission into selective universities in the US.

Maine Central Institute is an independent college preparatory day and boarding high school founded in 1866. In a safe and caring atmosphere, students will acquire knowledge, selfesteem, social responsibility, and the critical thinking and communication skills necessary for global citizenship and lifelong learning.

Mt. Blue Campus is located in Farmington situated in the foothills of the western mountains of Maine. The town of Farmington has a population of under 8,000 inhabitants. The school like the community welcomes diversity. The area attracts many artists, writers, and musicians as well as an ethnically and culturally diverse makeup. Mt. Blue Campus consists of Mt. Blue High School and Foster Career and Technical Education Center.

Thornton Academy, one of New England’s oldest college preparatory schools, is independent, coeducational and rigorous academically. We’re large enough to offer incredible depth and breadth in our programs, yet small enough to give each and every student personal attention. Our 1,400 students enjoy our 80-acre campus, which includes a middle school for grades 6-8, a high school day program serving grades 9-12, an international high school boarding program, and a Home Stay Program.

Washington Academy, located on the beautiful Downeast Maine coast, is a private academy providing a comprehensive high school program of academics, athletics, and the arts that includes a rigorous curriculum of honors and AP classes.
