He brings four years of international business development experience, working for software companies and start-ups in Copenhagen, Denmark and London, England. Parker excels at using his network and research skills to identify meaningful business connections and opportunities.

 

Parker holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning Studies (MSc) at Roskilde University in Denmark and received his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Spanish from Skidmore College. 

 

Having grown up in Maine, Parker is passionate about developing Maine small businesses and communities through increased economic opportunity. As a trade specialist, he uses his business development background to help Maine companies, especially new-to-export businesses, learn about and take full  advantage of the resources MITC and our partner network provide to identify and enter global markets.
