Conference Room Reservation

MITC members can use our conference room (Suite 215) free of charge, on a space available basis, during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

WiFi and a presentation flatscreen are available.

We ask that you leave the room as you found it, which inlcludes returning chairs and tables to original positions, removing any extra meeting materials and leftover food and beverages, and wiping down tabletops.
