1. Take Interstate 295 to Exit 6A (Forest Avenue South.
   
2. Merge onto Forest Avenue and continue straight ahead in the right lane to the third set of traffic lights (Cumberland Avenue).
   
3. Turn left onto Cumberland Avenue.
   
4. Just past the third street on the right (Brown Street), hourly parking is available in the TD Banknorth parking garage on the right side.
   
5. From the parking garage, walk up Brown Street one block to Congress Street.
   
6. Turn right on Congress Street and continue to 511 Congress Street (directly across the street from CVS). MITC is located on the first floor.
